Welcome! TearistaLearning is an interactive learning hub created and developed by dedicated staff members at Fortnum and Mason.
A little bit of background:
My name is Colin, and I have been working in the Diamond Jubilee Tea Salon at Fortnum and Mason since 2018 and studying teas since 2019. I have received training from fellow tea enthusiasts and experts and have done numerous courses with the UK Tea Academy, from which I have received an expert qualification, so I have made it my mission to educate people about tea! This is why I created TearistaLearning, so that I may share some of the knowledge that I have been fortunate enough to receive.

On this platform you will find a Learning Hub which covers aspects such as the history of tea, differences between the different types, advice on preparing the perfect cup of tea, tea grades and more, as well as an interactive section where you'll find quizzes about tea to test your knowledge!
